New Workout! 43 Minute Lower Body Strength and Cardio Kickboxing Combination Workout

Today I have a fun and challenging strength and cardio combination workout that will leave you sore the next day.

Cardio Kickboxing and Lower Body Strength Combo

If you have ever tried one of our other strength and kickboxing workouts, you know what you are getting yourself into, and this workout will not disappoint. If this is your first time with this type of workout, then get ready to have some rubbery muscles, followed by some sore muscles.
