I have been a member of FB for quite a few years but unfortunately stopped doing a consistent exercise routine a couple of years ago. I have thankfully managed to stay active though with working on a farm.
I have been diagnosed with chronic pain syndrome/fybromyalgia. I am at a place now where I want to start some kind of routine again....I have to! Question is I don't know where to start?!
I have lost a lot of strength in my left side for some reason (legs and glutes) So somehow I need to get balance back. Also very weak glutes more quad dominant. I need to really work on these areas but also overall strength.
I have joined FB plus any guidance where to start with would be much appreciated.
And my Dr has said it is important that I try and rectify this imbalance.
