Here's your friendly neighborhood ghost for the weekend.
What is everyone up to today. I just finished 2 workouts. I was 2 days behind so I decided to catch up. The cardio kickboxing annoyed me, cause my left arm can't really punch anymore. I think it's a shoulder problem. I stopped near the end of the video cause it was annoying. The I did the weighted core workout with Daniel. It went relatively well. Shoulder problems make planks and side hip raises difficult but it's ok. I used to do side hip raises from the toes. I tried my best not to think about that while doing them from the knees.
I tried to find the photo of me with a butterfly on my hand. But of course I can't find it. So here's a photo of me way before the stroke. This is currently my post stroke goal. What is everyone else's goal right now?
I know it's a bit of a vain goal. But really, I was used to that body. For the first time in my life I was confident and happy with my body. I guess that's the goal. And building strength and muscles.
