Progress Lost

Hey guys! I hope everyone is doing fine during these times :)

Recently i have been going through a devastating breakup and i have abandoned all types of work outs for 3 weeks, not eating enough and lost my progress because i can't find the strengh to even bend my body. All of the hard work i feel and saw is lost since my body feels jigglier and more weak than ever.

Any advices how to relax my anxiety and heartbreak since it's so sad to destroy so much effort?
