Which workout are you doing today?

I’ll be attempting an old favorite, the Squats & Deadlifts workout. 😨 I’m easing back into strength workouts, carefully, and find it easier to pick upper body ones; I usually get way more sore with lower body training. 🥺 Plus, it seems harder to find weighted LB workouts that aren’t brutal, high impact (at this point I don’t want HIIT intervals) and 40+ minutes, but that ARE a step up from pilates. (If anyone has a suggestion, I’m open to that! At this point I like to use more straightforward, classic exercises, like the 40-min workout with K&D.) The S&D workout scares me as it always gave me sore hammies with all those deadlifts, but I’ll be lifting “light” and doing a thorough warm up and cool down, in the hope this will help. 🏋️‍♀️

If you’re not working out because of a rest day/an injury/you're easing back into exercise/any other reason, you are very welcome too to post here. It also does not have to be a workout on a screen: a walk, cycling, cleaning, gardening, it all counts. But if your body is telling you you need rest, please listen to it. 🦄
