Go-To Warm-ups?

Hello FB Peeps!

I was wondering what are your go-to warm-up routines or videos that you do? It could be FitnessBlender (preferably free videos since I don't have FB Plus) or ones you made yourself (if you feel like sharing).

The one I have always used is this one (https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/low-impact-cardio-workout-for-beginners-feel-good-cardio) because it's low impact (which is what I need right now) and it really gets the body warm. High impact warm-ups are good too because I can just modify accordingly so feel free to share those as well. Also, if there's an entire routine that has a warm-up that you find really well feel free to share those too. Sometimes I would use the warm-ups in a certain routine as a warm-up because the one I chose to do doesn't have one. Does anyone else do that too or am I weird?
