Good Tuesday morning Blendfriends! Please tell me how it is already the middle of the month?!

As you may know, I have been working towards improving my sleep by following principles of cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia. For the past three nights, even though I have woken up at times, I have been able to fall back asleep. I will continue this process in the hopes of getting more quality sleep.

And that is partly why I chose today’s quote. I tend to be a perfectionist and if conditions and results are not perfect, I tend to struggle with keeping up with my goals. I am working on changing that mindset because perfection is not what I really aim for, I aim for improvements, big and small.

Have you set goals for yourself? What steps are you taking to reach them? One of my goals is to enjoy regular exercise again and I believe I am well on my way to achieving this, both the consistency part and enjoying working out. I will be continuing the Flex challenge today and will go for a walk after work.
