Hey all. It's me again so that must mean it's Monday. Let's not dwell on it and move on to the good stuff - workouts. What kind of day do you have ahead of you with moving or resting your body? I was in for another round of enjoyable torture with Tasha in the form of a total body kettlebell workout, but once again my alarm failed me so it will wait until tomorrow (guess my Fitbit didn't spring ahead). Impromptu rest day for me and I'll look forward to Tasha's workout tomorrow. I really appreciate how her creativity and humor almost make me forget how hard I'm working. Almost 😉.
I got on the scale yesterday for the first time in a while. I have a physical coming next month and didn't want there to be any unpleasant surprises. So, I can't say I was surprised but the experience was still unpleasant, especially when the tape measure confirmed it. I'm not going to stress about it though, it just doesn't make sense to when I consider how lucky I am if all I do have to worry about in this crazy world are some extra inches or pounds. What I am going to do is get a better handle on my nutrition because I want to FEEL better. I'm just stating that here because I know what a great source of support this community is, through the small problems or the big ones.
