I have a very labor intensive job during the week. Sometimes I double up on TWO DAYS workout in ONE day to make up for missed workouts. Does anyone do this? Does anyone recommend or not recommend this strategy in order to get in five workouts a week? BTW, I also make sure that the two workouts are opposing muscle groups (i.e. A lower body workout combined with an upper body workout).
