New Plus Workout: Total Body Warm-Up For Any Workout

I hope you are doing well and are having a lovely week. I am excited to introduce my newest routine, consisting of some of my favorite moves, into a solo warm-up just for you.
This 12-minute warm-up includes 14 exercises where you move for 45 seconds before moving on to the next exercise. There are no rest breaks in between, making this warm-up slightly fast-paced, so I recommend looking through the list of exercises in the write-up before beginning.
Warming up before any workout is crucial. A five to ten-minute warm-up helps prepare your body for exercise by increasing your heart rate and body temperature and increasing blood flow to your major muscle groups. Research suggests it can help prevent post-workout muscle soreness and decrease the likelihood of injuries.
