Favorite cool-down! It’s an oldie but goodie

I just wanted to share my favorite cool-down.

I love it because it hits the whole body, and the stretches are nice and long (30 seconds each), so it’s super relaxing and actually helps improve flexibility while cooling down. I always treat myself to this one when I have the 13 minutes available that day.
