Hi All! I've always been a cardio junkie but I'm slowly warming up to the importance of incorporating strength training into my routines. My fave way to incorporate it right now is to rotate between one strength exercise and one cardio/HIIT exercise. Anyone have any recommendations for videos that follow a similar pattern of rotating between the two rather than doing a block of strength exercises and a block of cardio/HIIT? Any suggestions would be appreciated muchly!
