Happy Self -Care Sunday Blendfriends,
Thought for the Day:
"Being aware of the pause between each word, being aware of the space between each breath, I am present in this moment."
I am definitely focusing on being in the present moment to help stay out of stress and anxiety currently. I am so grateful that focusing on my breath can always bring me back to the now.
My self-care started with sleeping in this morning. I struggled with falling asleep last night and had a nightmare shortly after falling asleep. So I am grateful for the extra hour this morning.
It is a rest day for me. I completed the Fundamental Challenge yesterday and the first two weeks of Fit3. I will continue with Fit3 tomorrow and also start the Mobility Challenge.
My other self-care will be working in the gardens today to connect with the Earth and stay grounded.
