I will be doing Day 8 of Fit 3 this morning, a lower body strength/HIIT with Daniel and Kelli. Then I will do the following stretches for the cool down:

I am also going to try the new meditation video this morning.

Planning on cleaning house and doing laundry today. Hopefully it will warm up some since there is still no rain in the forecast.
