Movement for energy

So today I was really, really low on energy. I had such a busy and stressful day yesterday and somehow my sleep just did not reboot me.

I had a gnarly looking abs and HIIT session planned.

Took one look at that and thought 'no way'! I will either cheat my way through it, esp the abs part. Or work at 60 % and then beat myself up!

So I did the latest walking workout, 36 minutes. Added bands and I did actually do some jumps. I can't really express how much better I feel!

Finding the energy to start was not so easy but once I did the more I moved the more energy I seemed to have. I know this is not rocket science but I really deeply felt it today.

Off to see what I can make of my day!
