Not sure about any of you, but I find it can be very challenging to figure out which program will be a good fit and bring good results w/o seeing a breakdown of training types.
Because there seems to be no way to exclude custom workouts from the Stats page at this point, I can only compare info from the programs completed before custom workouts were added to the calendar. Here are the stats for those:
There seems to be dearth of Barre, Kettlebell, and Plyo training types in these programs, and Kickboxing is less frequent too, but part of that is b/c it was never chosen whenever there was a choice, since Kickboxing is the least favorite training type of all - even Star Jumps can feel more doable and fun, lol! ;)
