I hope you are well and if you are ill you recover quickly. The Covid positivity rate in my state is 23%. I don’t know how much I should limit activities. Work isn’t shutting down. I am wearing a KN95 mask. Fingers crossed.
The picture is of a roadrunner. It is the state bird of New Mexico. It Isn’t a very attractive bird in my opinion, but it blends in well with the landscape. Ok, do the compliment rules for people apply to animals? I’ve messed up.
Roadrunners can run up to 20 miles per hour and belong to the cuckoo family. Who knew?!

What are your plans for today?
A dreamy workout? Delicious food? A good book or show?
I’ll be writing after a workout, and then I might have to sweep up some leaves, oh and vacuuming. No! The vacuuming will have to wait. Hubby is going to pick up food from our favorite restaurant. They have a chicken tikka sandwich that makes me very happy.
