Today, I did day 18 of FB Burn Round 1 . So far it has been amazing! But I have noticed that I cannot reach my full potential during core exercises on the back (like Crunch holds or toe touch holds) because my neck hurts so much from holding up my head that I just have to rest on the ground after a few seconds. That's not normal, is it?
