Good afternoon all. Just trying to get back into achieving a healthier version of myself. I'm over 50. I succeeded about 8 years ago doing a HIIT program - lost all the weight I wanted to lose, and almost all the body fat I wanted to lose, and had reached levels of strength I never knew possible for me. Then, life happened over the past 6-7 years, and after receiving blow after blow physically and mentally, I'm probably in THE worst shape now of my entire life. That said... it's time to take my life back. I'm aware that HIIT style workouts are no longer the best option for me. Rather, I should focus more on strength training. However, I'm wondering what a good starting point is for me within the FB programs? Any suggestions would be most welcomed. Thanks!
