A couple of days ago I finished FB Fit Round 2 for the first time! I'm very proud of it, because for the last 2 months I've been working out for an hour straight, and I didn't think I could do such a thing! Well, I can, I'm stronger and fitter than I've ever been :)
My PFT results at the end of the programme were disappointing with regards to my static plank, so I've begun FB Fit Round 2 again (I liked it too much!) and I'm adding abs routines to any upper body day. Let's hope I can lose a few cm off my belly, at last!
