My doctor prescribed Keto for three months to help with some blood sugar issues I've been having. Today was the first day I tried to exercise, but I lost steam after 12 minutes of HIIT. I tried drinking a smoothie 30 minutes beforehand (yogurt, fiber, and berries) for endurance, but no luck. Does anyone have suggestions? I want to be able to work out.
