Perspiration Pals November 8th 🌚⭐

Hello all and thanks for dropping by the PPals thread to start another week of check-ins and workouts. For many of us, the days are now decidedly darker and shorter. Perhaps colder too. I know that sounds grim to some. Personally, I love the colder months, but maybe that's the introvert in me. I find hibernation very appealing!

What's not as appealing is the start of a new workweek but that's where I'm at, so I'll try to make the best of it. One way I plan to do that is starting my day with a good kickboxing workout. That should help warm me up, wake me up, and be a nice preemptive strike against any stressors Monday has in store for me.
