I have been working out for 2 weeks now following FB sweat, really enjoying the program but I am definitely noticing my legs are getting bigger. My work trousers are tight across my calves and thigh where as they weren't so much before, I am looking to tone but don't want to have huge muscles...... Is this normal?? I have read sometimes you get bigger before smaller but never quite know what to believe. The thought of stopping has crossed my mind but deep down I don't want to as I look forward to my workouts. Any advice would be hugely appreciated :)
