I need my program complete! + advice on what's next

HI everyone,

A sobering thing happened today. At a kid's birthday party I was standing next to two 8 year old girls who were involved in comparing their bellies. This "fitness" language that was coming out of their mouths, how one kid claimed she (and the mom) was heavy in the mid section and all this discussion about body fat. By the way, these were not obese kids, they were completely normal, yet were comparing and zeroing in on parts of their bodies. I all of a sudden got really scared my own fitness talk has affected my 4 year old daughter.

ON another note, I finished FBFitr3, but no program complete! I did every video of that program, I need my complete!!

So I am continuing and purchased a few programs. I actually really like the 90 min programs. So despite having little time in my schedule, I am thinking of doing those 3 times per week. I really hate when i have to skip a workout in a day because I am too busy. The workouts are pure self care for me. Then I am thinking I'll combine flex and booty or abs the other days. I just wonder, could I not combine them to get upper and lower body the same day?

I really like the kickboxing challenge (doing that now) and wish there was a comprehensive kickboxing 4 week program. Picturing my boss, haha.
