I've just returned from a little family gathering at my mums home and my younger brother convinced me to go to a public outdoor pool with him for swimming. I'm an advanced exerciser but didn't go swimming for ages so i was a little unsure what to expect. To keep it short and simple: It was such a great experience! The weather was really cold and rainy so we were nearly on our own. I swam 600 Meters and after that i felt nearly as dead as after a Tasha workout but relaxed and calm at the same time. Definitely i should include swimming in my usual exercise routines so i just scheduled FB Adventure to leave some free space in my calender for things Like swimming and hiking.

Switching Up things
Dear all,
I've just returned from a little family gathering at my mums home and my younger brother convinced me to go to a public outdoor pool with him for swimming.
