I hate the scale. I don’t weigh myself anymore because after years of pregnancies and gaining weight and then having to lose it, the number on the scale could ruin my day. I had a physical today and had to mentally prepare myself to be weighed. After 6 months of better diet and continuing my workouts (even upping intensity and weight), my clothes are looser and I see changes but the scale today was UP! I tell Myself it’s a number and inaccurate but I’m feeling a little depressed about it.
