Is six days too much?

Hi everyone! I'm just wondering about thoughts on resting only one day a week. I started working out six days a week during lockdown just so I wasn't sitting all day but I'm a teacher and finally getting back in the classroom and wondering if I should go back to five days. Just for reference, the sixth day was always light cardio or Pilates, nothing strenuous. I'm not sore and I just took a week off due to feeling like I needed a break... Maybe over training? Am I giving enough info? I feel like I could say more but that's the gist of it. Thanks, community!
