Has anyone tried the Svelte Training one and done. I am just curious about the evidence of how effective this type of training is. For anyone at all let alone an over 40 person with hormonal changes and any medical issues. I am concerned to know that just doing the 7 minute workouts is enough to reduce body fat and look more toned and fit? I worry about the messages and the impacts on people's health when they are not already fit, if they try and do her workouts which are very intense and she does not show a warm up in her free videos and there is one woman at 50 plus shown who is now svelte, but is that because she just did one and done workouts or completely changed her lifestyle?
I personally do not believe the hype of a quick fix of 7 minute workouts and worry that it is dangerous. Much prefer the realistic approach of Fitness Blenders.
