I did Low Impact round 1 and round 2. I'm enjoying the strength training alot. Went from 3lb weights to using 5lb,8lb and 10lb depending on the exercise.
I do have a bad lower back so I try and not do the deadlifts. I am really overweight as well so I do modify jumping jacks etc.
Not sure what to do next I was thinking of either Blend or Strong.
