I'm wondering whether this combination is too much for me?
For context, I'm in my 40s and I think beginner-intermediate in strength training. But beginner in cardio and hiit.
I'm currently almost finished with FB Strong (my first FB programme (used to do Hasfit strength programmes). I can keep up with Kelli's weights and speed - granted way less suave with more huffing and puffing und cursing ☺) but nowhere near Daniel's weights.
I'd appreciate your opinion. Thank you. 💐
P.S. Bonus question- sorry! Which programme has less Hiit, Booty 1 or 2? Hiit makes me wanna hide under the sofa... I'm guessing it doesn't matter, right?😄
