I used to be very active exercising 5/6 days a week, but about 6 months ago my job got very busy and stressful and I just didn't have the time, I was always tired and I lost my motivation.
I then gained 2 stone which unmotivated me more.
My fitness level dropped quite substantially and now I want to get back into exercisign and losing weight.
I was therefore hoping you all would have some advice on which program may be best for me. I would like to lose weight(fat) and also increase my fitness level so I can get back to where I was or better. I usually like to just jump into exercise that's as difficult as possible because I think that will get me there quicker, but I want to get into a routine that will last and I can keep to.
