I thought I use this wonderful resource this community offers to ask the following question.
My 14-year-old son grew in the last year around 15cm. He is now 174cm but still has a weight around 45-47kg. He would love to gain weight, but he wants to do it in a healthy way. So, not so much junk food or sweets and more healthy options.
The problem we have is that my son and his father both need around 3000 calories a day while I only need 1500-1700 calories. So, cooking is a dilemma because I like it light while my boys need more substantial food.
Any suggestions what to cook or to buy as snacks to feed my son?
