Reach Challenge Day 1 - Complete!

so i did it. that was a very nice relaxing stretch routine! i had to modify a lot on my right side - and anyway im not that flexible(crazy level 5 hiit sure, chest press 30lbs/hand sure - touch my toes - nope -guess we know what ill be working on haha)

but it was so nice to get out of my head for a few minutes and listen to kellys calming voice ❤️
