I'm just about to finish FB Strong and then I'll go with FB Mass.
I wanted to incorporate more cardio after FB Mass. I already have FB Burn R1 (I love it) and FB Fit (I don't like it - the workouts are too long). I was thinking about purchasing FB 30, but I was wondering which of the 3 rounds is the best.
What I like: HIIT, supersets, a lot of sweating.
What I don't like that much: videos in which Kelly is mute and Daniel does voice over
