Final stages of thesis + WORKOUT COMPLETE

Hola friends!

My presence here has been spotty because I'm working on a thesis and, as usual, working out was the first to go in the frenzy and anxiety of such a project as this. HowEVER, I have done a lot of walking and been mindful of my meals. I've actually lost three pounds in the last few weeks!

Today I jumped back into Booty2 and I am BEAT. Wow, super winded! But, I feel good; I took modifications when I needed to and put no pressure on myself to perform at a level that didn't suit me, aside from good form.

Graduation is looming, I'm officially in the final, revising stages of my thesis and I'm feeling motivated and excited.
