How is this unique and wonderful community doing today!? Feeling the friday already!? ππ»πΊπ» Also, the last day of April already! π± Can you believe that!? Remember that everyone is always welcome here!

Saying goodbye to our inner critic is very difficult, specially, when you are surrounded by a culture that is constantly telling you that you are imperfect and that you have to change! You can change anything if you want to! However, don't let others define what you should or shouldn't change! Be compassionate and kind to yourself! π€ Be your own cheerleader and don't let anyone tear you down, not even yourself! You are unique, your are powerful, you have value, you have love in your life, you are you, be proud of that!
To the rest of the day! For me, it is day 8 of Flex today and it is an upper body strenght workout! πͺπΌ I will be trying the newest stretching routine with Kelli as well to welcome the weekend nice and relaxed! π§π»ββοΈ Besides that, there is another mini lockdown this weekend, since yesterday night until monday morning! So, we will stay home and enjoy some Just Dance tonight! π
What about you!? Resting or working out!? Remember that both things are important and you shouldn't feel guilty or bad for taking rest days! Also, any other plans for the day or for the weekend!? π Let us know!
