Finished Sweat!

It only took 3 months, but I finally finished Sweat! It's my first program that I bought years ago, and it's the third time I did it.

Lessons Learned: I need to eat significantly more on days that I do the workout. I love long workouts, but my core isn't as stable as it should be:

So... I'll be doing FB Abs and then hopefully do Fit! I really would love to do Fit, but my core strength isn't there yet. I hope to finish this one in a month since the workouts are shorter than Sweat.
