struggling

hey blenders,

I have been really struggling with depression and anxiety lately. It started with taking off a day or two extra from working out and then it devolved recently into only being able to workout like once or twice a week. I haven't had any appetite, sleeping all the time, etc so I have zero motivation to workout. Plus with doing an intense program like FB 30 I don't think it would be good to push myself that hard at this time especially since i haven't been able to eat much. I am thinking of just doing some yoga, pilates or light stretching routines to get me through this tough time with at least some physical activity.. what do you guys do when you're in a rut? Any encouragement or advice would be appreciated.. thanks !
