Nope. This post is not about me stressing about those "problem areas" in my body where fats love to hang around.
Just posting this because I want to share this blog that I've read to everyone, particularly women, who, like me, sometimes fuss about stubborn fats that we just can't seem to get rid of no matter what we do. Turns out, they're stubborn for a reason! It's all a natural part of our biology. They are where they are because they NEED to be there.
Having read it, I feel like I've had a whole new appreciation for my body. It's just amazing. It gave me more than enough reason to love it more, and therefore, nourish it more.
The link is above. It's a bit lengthy but trust me, it's worth the read.
PS: It also hints on why women should really not be afraid of putting on muscles 😉
