How is everyone doing? The weather has been classic spring where I'm at (beautiful until we gets lots of cold rain/snow next week). Since I took a recovery day Friday to donate blood, I did a nice 7 mile hike Saturday and then went ahead to Day 15 today. I felt great and was able to push myself. Getting adequate sleep tends to help :P
P.S. This is my second time donating blood and I've decided to make it a regular thing. It's so easy to do! I think of it as another part of my health journey. I'm using my healthy body to help keep others healthy! Highly recommend it!
