Im just popping in to tell you guys that today my PowerBlock Sport 24 dumbbells arrived today and I got to try them already! 🎉 Today was day 8 of Burn R1 and it was a HIIT+strength workout with Daniel. I got to push some of my limits a little bit, though I was very careful not to go too fast on increasing the weight, as the HIIT was tiring. I managed to do side lunges and squats with 4 kg per hand (usually I go with 2,5 kg per hand, as I didnt have a weight in between 2,5 and 5 kg). And I managed to do a deadlift with 5,5 kg per hand (previously 5 kg per hand). Gotta say I love my powerblocks already! 🤩 The weight selection is quick and I have no trouble with it. Im looking forward to tomorrows UB workout!
