Sweat Day 4 complete and Update!

i started on monday and so im on day 4 -. continuing from FB30Rd4 i wear my 2.5lb ankle weights and hold 2 or 5lb hand weights whenever i can during cardio/hiit-also instead of a quick warmup because im trying to get to the workout, im doing the full warmups!

today because the main video was a bit shorter(i did it until the tricept dips) and the EC was stretching(but really weights?! i was deceived! but either way i did it!), i did a FB Plus 10minute banded video first that had been on my "to try" list forever! this made todays total workout time: 45 minutes!

so- im able to get lunches made as usual, check my phone, etc and get changed and be ready to work out when bf gets up rather than waiting until hes done- bf is able to do his thing and not feel rushed - i actually FEEL like ive worked out! (ive gone from 25 minutes to 60+ minutes available to workout!)and.. once i take my shower i now have about 25 extra minutes to relax before i have to get ready for work! - all just by getting up 10 minutes earlier!

i highly suggest those of you struggling to get a workout in or work around someone elses schedule just to take a look and see where you can make a little tweak!

I am definitely looking forward to week 2 which looks like its gonna be a good time!
