My 15 year old daughter was just accepted to a school wilderness program. This means she will be spending 2 weeks this summer on a canoe trip in northern Canada (We are Canadian, and she's going way out of even our city norm). She is a soccer player and a swimmer, but these are all summer activities. Through winter she has been a stereo-typical teenager in hibernation. She has asked me to help her find some videos to build her endurance up so she can #1-pass the ability tests to attend this trip and #2-survive the trip. What are the best ones to start? I'm not sure she will put effort in for HIIT even if its switched to low impact.
