I have fb plus, and on top of the program I am doing now it says something like “take too long of a break? Start over.” At what point is too long and you should start over. I did my first workout today since last Tuesday. I was sore, and also I worked full time last week and had a ton of schoolwork. I needed sleep. Is that too long and should I start over or am I good to pick up where I left off. It seems most people in the community are so consistent with their workouts, that it makes me feel awful about myself. I get so sore though for ever it feels and I can’t recover. I drink whey isolate shakes after, BCAAs during the day, multi v, turmeric, and a greens and red powder everyday. Sometimes i soak in epsom salt, put a heating pad on, AND have a handheld massage gone and I still will swear no way someone gets sore like me. (I have osteoporosis also).
