So today was not a great day. I felt down and off, honestly I wanted to just stay in bed and watch some trashy TV.
It's a WIP but I am learning how to recognise the difference between the days when I need to accept how I feel and those where OK it's not great but I can push myself to do something which then invariably leads to feeling better.
So after much checking in with myself I realised that today was an example of the latter.
Just 20 minutes but it must be better than nothing and you know what I do feel a little better. Not like I am now full of joy but I feel less anxious and a little clearer.
Thank goodness for FB and the sheer variety of content here (amongst many, many other blessings)
