I would like to be able to set my player (FB Plus ads free) to use the lowest resolution as a default setting. Since I use FB on my phone, it looks pretty much the same no matter what 😆. I do know that I can change it manually, but sometimes I forget.

The reason I ask is that I am concerned about the carbon impact of my lifestyle, and researchers are saying that lowering the resolution on streaming media is a helpful step. Thanks for considering my request!
