We finally had some blue sky here in the PNW. It also briefly warmed up enough to not need multiple layers & jackets, which was nice (the warmth is already gone, in true Pacific Northwest style).
I enjoyed a really pretty walk with Loki on my lunch break. He is such pleasant company. I set my camera against a rock, put it on a 10 second timer & came away with this picture of our walk.
I’m filming a new free workout tomorrow afternoon. Right now I’m going to hit play on today’s FB Booty workout, wish me luck 🎉
