NSV! adding weight to squats!!

Hey all

I was so happy today as I managed to add some weight to my squats! I have knee issues and squats and lunges are challenging my number one priority is protecting my joint.

I have built up my ROM over time and then started using bands. Today I added just 8lbs and used a mirror for feedback to make sure my form and ROM was unchanged by the weight and I made it through the interval! I don't care that it was not much weight it just feels great to get to that point.

I have been back working out consistently for 5 weeks now and I am pleased to see progress.

Forward lunges I am coming for you!!
