100 rep ARMS challenge

Hey guys!

I was wondering if you could perhaps do an upper arm workout (like the 100 rep squat challenge) but aimed for my upper arms.

I love the squat challenge and because it only takes me 8 min I do it nearly every day.

My problem with my upper arms are the "old lady arms" I'm getting. - FLABBYYYYY...My worst nightmare!!

PLEAASSEEEE consider a workout like that?
