I plan to continue my consistency mission with some kind of workout each day. I will do the new FBP booty and flex challenges and add in some very light movement on day 7, probably a super stretch session. I also want to try and follow those programs as they are as opposed to sometimes slipping in an easier workout when the schedule looks too tough! Although I will always listen to my body on that point.
I also just purchased a ballet course from elsewhere so I will plan to start that mid march.
I also want to focus on eating clean and my sleep pattern.
